Get policies into HawkSoft without keying them by hand
Upload the declarations page, review what it pulled, and file it into HawkSoft in a couple of minutes — instead of typing every field yourself.
The problem it solves. Some policies flow into HawkSoft automatically through IVANS / carrier downloads. Plenty don't — new business, endorsements, non-download carriers, surplus lines, brokered business. For those, someone has to manually key every field — coverages, limits, vehicles, drivers, mortgagees, dates — into HawkSoft. It's slow and easy to fat-finger.
What you do
- Sign in with your HawkSoft loginYour normal agency ID, username, and password. Nothing new to set up.
- Drop in the policy PDFDrag the declarations page onto the page (any line — home, auto, commercial).
- It reads the policy and fills in the fields for youThe policy details come back on a familiar HawkSoft-style review screen.
- You review and fix anythingYou're always in control — check the coverages and details, correct anything that looks off. Nothing saves until you say so.
- Point it at the right client & typeNew business, renewal, or endorsement — and match to the existing client so you don't create duplicates.
- Click "Push to HawkSoft"It writes the policy into HawkSoft and files the PDF on the client record. Done.
